StarMeet End User License Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and StarMeet ("Developer," "We," "Us," or "Our") for use of StarMeet mobile application ("Software" or "Application").

StarMeet is an astrology-guided mobile application that provides soulmate portrait generation, compatibility analysis, daily horoscope, and astrological insights. By downloading, installing, or using StarMeet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use Application.

2. License Grant

Subject to terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use StarMeet on your personal mobile devices
• Use Application for personal astrological insights and entertainment
• Access all features included in your subscription plan
• Receive updates and support as provided in your subscription plan

This license is granted solely for your personal use and in accordance with terms of this EULA.

3. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Application
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of Application
• Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense Application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on Application
• Use Application for commercial purposes without explicit permission
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Bypass or circumvent any security features or subscription mechanisms
• Use AI-generated content for commercial exploitation
• Reproduce or redistribute soulmate portraits or astrological reports

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

StarMeet offers subscription-based services with following terms:

• Subscription fees are payable in advance
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice
• Premium features require active subscription

5. Intellectual Property

The Application and all intellectual property rights therein are and will remain exclusive property of StarMeet. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You retain all rights to your personal data and birth information that you process through Application. By using StarMeet, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for purpose of providing astrological services and generating insights.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate birth information for astrological calculations
• Maintaining security of your account and subscription
• Using Application for personal entertainment and insight purposes
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Using Application in accordance with this EULA

7. Disclaimers and Warranty

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Astrological insights and soulmate portraits are generated for entertainment purposes and should not be considered as professional advice. Your use of Application is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to this EULA shall not exceed amount you paid for Application subscription.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling Application and deleting your account.

We may terminate this EULA immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Application and delete all copies in your possession.

10. Updates and Modifications

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting updated EULA on our website and updating "Last updated" date above.

Continued use of Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of new EULA.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by laws of jurisdiction where StarMeet operates. Any disputes arising from this EULA or your use of Application will be resolved in appropriate courts.
